Adult & Youth Fitness Classes

Welcome to our Adult and Youth Fitness Classes! We are excited to offer an engaging and motivating fitness experience for both adults and children. Whether you’re looking to achieve your personal fitness goals or help your child develop healthy habits, we have something for everyone.

Our Adult and Youth Fitness Classes are held simultaneously, providing the perfect opportunity for families to get active together. Parents can work on their fitness goals while their children enjoy a fun and engaging fitness program.

Adult Fitness Class

  • Time: 8:00 AM (Sundays)
  • What to Expect: A dynamic, full-body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each exercise to ensure you get the most out of your workout.
  • Note: Our adult classes are hosted and run by Jonny Moreno, the owner of Peak Fitness Labs.
  • What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat (optional). All other equipment will be provided.

Youth Fitness Class

  • Time: 8:00 AM (Sundays)
  • What to Expect: A fun and interactive class designed to encourage physical activity in children, while teaching them the importance of fitness, teamwork, and good habits. The exercises are tailored to build strength, coordination, and confidence in youth.
  • Note: Our youth classes are run by Daniel Hoang, a well-known coach with NCFC and Our Skills Institute Soccer Program.
  • What to Bring: Water! All other equipment will be provided.
